Sebastian brings 10+ years of experience in institutional finance, capital markets, and business operations, with a career spanning Latin America and the United States. He has played a direct role in raising nearly $200M in debt and equity from private equity groups and institutional investors, and has been involved in significant M&A transactions throughout his career.

 

He has held finance leadership roles inside high-growth companies across the region, giving him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a business and what sophisticated buyers look for when acquiring one.

 

Licensed in Florida as a Business Broker and M&A Advisor, Sebastian holds a BA in Economics from Boston College and is fluent in English and Spanish.
