Throughout an international career spanning the United States, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions, he has partnered with executive leadership to improve operational performance, strengthen governance, and conduct M&A projects. His experience includes leading finance and HR departments, managing complex multinational operations, and developing the processes, reporting, and controls that enable organizations to perform M&A transactions efficiently while supporting informed strategic decision-making.
