Kyle is a double graduate of the University of Florida, holding a Master’s in Business Management and a Bachelor’s in Sports Management. Before transitioning into business and real estate brokerage, Kyle managed multi-million-dollar retail operations across South Florida, including at Macy’s, where he led large teams and oversaw daily financial performance.

Kyle’s passion for real estate led him to build and manage a portfolio of rental properties, work that gave him firsthand experience with Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, and other trades. As a result, Kyle brings real operational insight into the businesses behind these essential services and specializes in helping owners in the home services space. He approaches each deal like an owner, focused on real value and long-term success.

A native of Sebastian, Florida, he now lives in Palm Beach County with his wife and two daughters. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and a lot of traveling, he has visited 36 countries and counting.
