Its operations include well-maintained production greenhouses and property, supporting year-round sales to wholesalers, interior landscapers, retailers, and landscaping companies. <br><br>Amerivest represented both parties in the transaction, working with an individual buyer to guide the process from valuation through due diligence and closing.
