I write to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work and professionalism you provided to us during what was a very stressful negotiation , especially on those occasions when I ended calling you more times than should be necessary. Never once did you not take my call or stated that you would have to call me back. Your attention to the details and staying in constant communication to give me ongoing updates went in my opinion above and beyond. Your reassurance when needed was particularly appreciated, leading to finally a successful conclusion yesterday. We start a new journey today and look forward to the opportunities it will present.
