Amerivest Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of a long-established wholesale nursery business in Florida. The transaction involved a privately held company with more than 50 years in operation.

The business has operated as a wholesale nursery for over four decades, serving a diverse national and international customer base. Its operations include well-maintained production greenhouses and property, supporting year-round sales to wholesalers, interior landscapers, retailers, and landscaping companies.

Amerivest represented both parties in the transaction, working with an individual buyer to guide the process from valuation through due diligence and closing. The business was listed at $6,299,000.
