Antonio Gutierrez is an experienced Business Broker with Amerivest Group, serving clients across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. Originally from Venezuela, Antonio holds a degree in Urban Planning and an MBA. He moved to the U.S. in 2003, obtained his license in 2004, and began his career in business brokerage.

A former entrepreneur, Antonio co-owned and operated a custom-made furniture manufacturing business in Fort Lauderdale before successfully selling it—an experience that gives him unique insight into the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Antonio has completed numerous transactions in industries such as personal services, medical spas, commercial laundry, dry cleaning, restaurants, and property management.
